Classes & Training

  • What type of classes and training do you offer?

    • We cater to all fitness levels and support a wide range of fitness goals including, but not limited to: Muay Thai, Western Boxing, Kung Fu & Tae Kwan Do; Strength & Conditioning, Weight Loss & Corrective Exercises; Pre & Post-Natal; Seniors & Youth.

  • Where can I train with you?

    • You can usually find me at Gotham Gym at 600 Washington Street or at Work Train Fight at 636 Broadway. However, we can also train at one of the many private fitness facilities in NYC. Or I can travel to you.

      * At the present time (due to COVID-19 restrictions) only outdoor training is available - generally at Pier 45/Hudson River Park, but if you have a roof top or an outdoor space that is more convenient, please include that information when signing up.

  • Do I need a gym membership?

    • No, a gym membership is not required.

  • What should I wear?

    • Wear workout clothing and comfortable training shoes.

  • What should I bring?

    • If you are planning to box or train Muay Thai, wraps and gloves are required. If you have your own, please bring them. If not, wraps are available for purchase and gloves are available for both purchase or loan.

  • Do you have locker rooms?

    • Yes. Lockers, towels, showers and bathroom products are available. Please bring your own lock.

  • Do you have water or do I have to bring my own?

    • Water is available for purchase at the front desk. There is also a water fountain in the studio.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • For a class, you can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the class starts. For training, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session.

Gear & Apparel

  • What forms of payment do you accept for retail products?

    • We accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

  • How much do you charge for shipping?

    • We charge a flat rate of $10.00.

  • Has my order shipped?

    • Orders generally ship within 2 business days. We ship via USPS and will provide you with a tracking number once your package has shipped.

  • My package never came what happens now?

    • Warrior Style isn't responsible for any package once marked as delivered. If a package is shipped but not delivered, through no fault of the customer, we will open a claim and send new product in a timely manner.

  • Can I place an order over the phone?

    • Not at this time. All orders can be placed online.

  • Where are your products designed?

    • Our products are designed in New York City and are made with only the highest quality materials. Our fight gear is crafted with our own unique formula for padding and has been tested by well-known fighters and champions.

  • Do your gloves carry any certifications?

    • Our professional boxing gloves have been approved by the New York State Athletic Commission.

  • How do I care for boxing gloves?

    • Pat down the inside of your gloves after every use to remove excess sweat and moisture.

    • Air dry your gloves after every use. If you put them in your gym bag after a workout make sure to remove them when home.

    • Ways to keep gloves fresh and odor free: glove deodorizers; mix one part vinegar and two parts water and spray inside gloves, wipe down and allow to air dry.

    • Do not put gloves in the washing machine or dryer. Do not use any harsh chemicals.

  • How do I care for hand wraps?

    • Warrior Style hand wraps are made with semi stretch material and are a high wear and tear item.

    • Wash in warm water, gentle cycle, or hand wash with mild detergent. Air dry.

    • Do not use fabric softener. Do not wring, iron or bleach.

  • How do I care for Muay Thai/boxing shorts?

    • Wash inside out in cold water, gentle cycle, or hand wash with mild detergent. Air dry. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.

  • What is your return policy?

    • If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact info@warriorstyle.com to begin the return/exchange process. Unused items must be returned with 14 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on special-order/custom items, final-sale merchandise, or items damaged through normal wear and tear.

  • How can I share my experience with others?
